Empowering Lives Through Cleanliness
At Clean Start, we believe that access to clean clothes is a fundamental right. We understand that for various reasons – whether due to financial hardship, health barriers, or other challenges – some in our community are unable to have clean laundry. Our program aims to bridge this gap, restoring dignity, promoting health, and opening doors to new opportunities.
Providing Access to Laundry
We partner with the local church communities, along with your local laundromat, to offer free laundry services including machines, detergent, and fabric softener, to individuals and families in need.
Community Partnerships
Our program is a collaborative one. We partner with local social service groups and agencies to connect with individuals and families who just need a 'Clean Start', and then our team of community volunteers step into action. This is truly community serving community!
How We Get Referrals
If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, please reach out! We receive referrals through our trusted community partners: Carebridge Community Support (Mississippi Mills), The Hub (mississippi Mills), or your local church. They can help connect you to Clean Start.
