Your order can be dropped off at the 14 Industrial Drive location (see hours on HOME page). or in our handy DROP-BOX at 31 Bridge Street (anytime between 6:00 am - 10:00 pm) or we can pick it up from your home or office (maximum 15 km from our 14 Industrial Drive center).

Orders that arrive before 11 am each weekday are processed and sent out that day.  Your order will be ready to go within 3 business days and you will receive a call, email or text message advising you of this. Pickup at 14 Industrial Drive. If we are delivering back  you it may require an extra day.

Dropping off in the DROP-BOX is really easy.  Here's how:

1. Create an order by clicking the button below.
2. Place your garments in a medium sized bag (grocery bag or slightly larger) and a note with your name, phone number and email address inside and drop them in to the Drop Box.

If you want pick-up service here's how:

1. Create an order by clicking the button below.
2. Place your garments in a medium sized bag marked Laundry Central and place it outside at your front door. NOTE: If you have special pickup instructions put them on the order you are creating.

We will take it from there.  You will be contacted (if you requested it) or if we have any concerns.  Otherwise you will receive notice when your order is ready!

Pickup and delivery rates:

• Within 5 kms: $5.00 per delivery or pickup
• 6kms - 10 kms: $10.00 per delivery or pickup
• 11 kms - 15 kms: $15.00 per delivery or pickup
